| General details: | Yoga for Health and Fitness Hath Yoga and Flow classes 7.45pm every Thursday at the Jurgen Centre, Harvest Rd and 7pm every Tuesday at the Social Hall, Harvest Road. Classes welcome all levels of experience. Other classes include Gentle Healing Yoga at 11.45am every Tuesday at The Pastoral Hall United Church, Runnymede Road in Egham. One to one classes are also available either at my home in Englefield Green, or I can come to you. Once a month, I hold Mindful Meditation classes at the Friends Meeting House in Egham at 7pm – 8pm.
